With me are my grandpa's wonderful wife, Evelyn, my husband and daughter (who was just past her first birthday then and is nearly 5 years old now), and my fabulous grandpa.
Breakfast at Chik-fil-a Saturday-- Chicken and cheese bagel and hash browns. And 3 polynesian sauces. Don't feel even a little bit bad about it.
Lunch was a potato/egg/green pepper/cheese casserole my sister made. It was so yummy! It had lots of green peppers in it, which I don't usually like, but this was amazing. Topped with a little Ortega taco sauce. Gracious, I'm getting hungry now, just thinking about it!
Dinner was an experiment: 1 serving of Ronzoni Smart Taste pasta and 1 serving of V8 sweet red pepper soup, with 1/2 c. water added. (Boy, is that a thick soup!) I topped it with a teaspoon of sour cream and around 1/8 c. shredded cheddar. Delicious. I'll be eating that for dinner tonight, as well, I think. Easy and filling.
Breakfast today -- Special K shake. Then I blew it and ate 4 Dunkin' Donuts munchkins! What was I thinking???
Lunch -- Country style pork ribs and rice. Not great.
Dinner will be more of that tasty soup and pasta concoction. Too bad I don't have some cooked chicken I could mix in. Or Healthy Choice smoked sausage.
I exercised last night, for the first time in a while. I'm so glad I broke down and bought new shoes and a fun pair of socks. Love getting the ipod going and getting to it!
