Monday, 1/18 - Snack

It's snack time!

1 c. Cheerios - 2 pts.
1/2 c. 1% milk - 1 pt.
1/8 c. skittles (did I say 1/4 c. earlier? it's only 1/8 c.) - 2 pts.
Total: 5 pts.

Today's total: 23 1/2 pts.
I'm supposed to make it to 26. I feel like I ate a lot today. Maybe tomorrow I can add in some popcorn or a dessert with dinner.
Regarding water: I'm still working through that last big cup of water. I don't know if I'll finish it. I'll be up half the night, regardless, thanks to all the water I've had today. Sheesh.

Monday, 1/18 - Dinner, Dessert, and Water

Since I can have 26 points, I'm planning on working for a while yet, then enjoying a little bowl of Cheerios and milk (4 pts.) and 1/4 cup of my greatest weakness, Skittles (2 pts.). That will bring my day's total to 24 1/2 points. I resisted eating Krispy Kreme today, even though I wanted to really badly!

Water intake: about 9 cups, after I finish my current big cup. Right on track.

Monday, 1/18 - Snacks

I went to Whataburger today to get out of the house. I can set up a little station for myself at a large table and grade and grade and grade without being disturbed, especially if I bring my Ipod. I am very happy to report that I didn't order any food, even though the patty melt was ever so tempting. I bought a diet coke and kept it filled so I could avoid buying any fatty foods. I also brought along 2 snacks that I ate at 10:00 or so and 12:00 ish. (I put off lunch until 2:00 when I got home.)

Fiber One chocolate mocha bar - 2 pts.
Special K blueberry crisp bars - 2 pts.
Total: 4 temptation-avoiding points

Sunday, 1/17

Breakfast:
Thomas bagel-thin -- 1 pt.
WW cream cheese, 1 T. -- 1/2 pt.
Dannon Lite n Fit yogurt cup -- 2 pts.
Total: 3 1/2 pts.

WW Mac n Cheese -- 6 pts.

I didn't count, but it was a lot.
I probably made the 8 oz. times 8 today for the first time in a LONG time.

No energy, since I'm sick.
I can't even talk without coughing.
Maybe by the middle of the week I'll be ready.

I've lost a total of 12 pounds since I started trying (albeit half-heartedly) in September.
