All Day Saturday, 1/23

Weight: 207.8 -- stayed the same

Water: 1 big cup, about 24 oz.

Exercise: Does walking around the mall count?

Breakfast:
Dunkin' Donuts egg white and ham on english muffin -- 5 pts. (I'm not exactly sure on points here, because Dunkin' Donuts' website menu puts cheese instead of ham on the sandwich.)
********
Snack: Special K crackers -- 2 pts.
********
Lunch: 2 bowls of Olive Garden's Pasta e Fagioli soup (LOVE IT!) -- 4 pts.
1 1/2 breadsticks -- 4 1/2 pts.
********
Snack: Special K crackers -- 2 pts.
Harry and David sample white chocolate covered pretzel -- 1 pt?

Dinner:
Milo's hamburger meal: hamburger with sauce, french fries, with sauce for dipping, sweet tea (I started with the tea sweetened with Splenda and got my refill of regular sweet tea.) -- 22 points (HOLY COW!)

Total: So, yesterday I had a little more than 40 points. It's a good thing I don't eat like that every day anymore. To think that I used to do worse! I'd eat at least 4 breadsticks, plus order a meal. I'd have cheese on that Milo's burger and sweet tea all the way! A normal breakfast at Dunkin' Donuts is a light year from what I ate today.
Still, I may see an increase on the scale tomorrow. That's okay. I don't have guilt feelings, at least on yet. I was so careful all week. Even if I do see an increase, I will still have a loss for the week as a whole.
