Wednesday, 1/20 - Dinner

Snacks: none today. Just don't feel like it.

Water: 2 or 3 big cups. I think I made it to the required amount, even if I didn't get much more.

Exercise: none. Unless blowing my nose counts. :)

Dinner:
Weight Watchers lasagna meal -- 6 pts.
Thomas bagel-thin -- 1 pt.
water and diet coke
Total: 7 pts.
My day's total is something like 13 pts. That's terrible. My friends Bob and Jillian, the trainers on The Biggest Loser (who aren't really my friends, although I have been watching since season 1 and feel like I know them :) ) always say that if you don't eat to fuel your system, you can't lose weight.
Oh well. I'll try again tomorrow.
