Thursday, 1/21 - Lunch

Lunch:
1/4 dry Ronzoni Smart Taste pasta, cooked (made a little over 1/2 cup) - 1 pt.
1 Tbsp. Ortega taco sauce -- 0 pts.
Just a tiny bit of grated cheddar cheese. I didn't measure, I just used a tiny bit, like maybe 1 Tbsp. I'm saying -- 1 pt.
Special K protein shake -- 3 pts.
Total: 5 pts.
UNTIL . . .
Mandy came home with food from Zaxby's. I figured I'd been so good lately that I could eat a bit without too much guilt. (Actually, I feel no guilt at all!)
1 chicken tender -- 3 pts. (estimated)
3 french fries -- 1 pt.
1/2 Tbsp. Zax sauce -- 1/2 pt.
SO . . .
my actual total for lunch is 9 1/2 pts.

I had a 2 pt. snack between breakfast and lunch, so my grand total so far today is 15 pts. I still have 11 points left for dinner and dessert.

I'm feeling much better this afternoon, with the exception of my right lower sinus, which still feels like someone punched me. Because I'm feeling better, I'm seriously considering exercising. Right after I check the blogs I follow and add to my own if there's anything good out there. :)
