I lost 12 pounds between September and December.

I have set my weight loss goals in increments so that I might feel like I've been successful sooner. ;) Because I need affirmation like that. Here are my incremental goal weights:
205 pounds
Significance: the weight I was at when I got pregnant both times
a weight loss goal of 21 pounds
I am 7 pounds away from reaching that goal!

180 pounds
Significance: the weight I was at when my best friend, Summer, got married in September 2002
a weight loss goal of 25 pounds, or 46 pounds total

165 pounds
Significance: the weight I was at when I got married in July 2003
a weight loss goal of 15 pounds, or 61 pounds total

150 pounds
Significance: the weight I was at through most of college
a weight loss goal of 15 pounds, or 76 pounds total

135 pounds
Significance: the weight I always wanted to get to when I was at my most fit in college
a weight loss goal of 15 pounds, or 91 pounds total

I have told myself that I will be very happy to get to the 165 goal. The truth is that I don't know if I CAN get down to less than that. My body just isn't the same shape (let alone size) since I had my children. I do get encouraged by looking at all the ladies (like on The Biggest Loser) who have children but still get skinny. I just don't know if MY body can do that. I wore a size 14 when I weighed 165, and I WOULD be happy with that.
