I tried the treadmill for about 6 minutes today while my lunch cooked in the microwave. I burned about 30 calories and got way too out of breath for a 6 minute walk. I also coughed miserably the whole time and have had increased coughing since. I want to try again later, but I don't know if it's wise. I do have to work tomorrow, and I don't want to wheeze and cough my way through the day.
